Born and raised in Michigan, I spent my childhood in a farmhouse near Midland. At 18 I moved to Lansing and spent the next several years living between Lansing and Ann Arbor. I moved to Phoenix in July of 1991 arriving in the Valley of the Sun at 6:30am. It was 95 degrees when I went to sleep that morning. When I awoke at noon and stepped outside it was like opening the door of an oven. I have loved Arizona ever since and never complain about the heat.
For seven years, I worked for a title and escrow company in Phoenix. During that time I took real estate sales licensing classes and in 2005 obtained a real estate license with the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate. I am currently employed by HomeSmart.
